Many of our members are company-sponsored. In fact, the vast majority of members expense their membership fees as part of their company's executive development budget. Discussing your membership with your manager and your HR department may be a good place to start.

Athena also works with companies for corporate programs, where we create programs designed to send their top women leaders through Athena, layering on services such as one-on-one or group coaching. For example, we work with Autodesk and Microsoft to help develop their leaders. You can learn more about corporate programs here. If you would like to connect us to your company leadership for a discussion on how this could work, we’d love the opportunity. Please send an email to [email protected] if you'd like to discuss a corporate relationship.
