For every qualified candidate who joins Athena based on your referral, we'll give you $500 off your next renewal! This means that if five of your friends or colleagues join on your recommendation, you are eligible for a free renewal.

Your credit for the referral is housed in our billing system. Upon payment of your renewal, the discount (or accumulated discounts if you have many) will be applied automatically. Q: Am I notified when someone who I referred joins Athena?

A: We do not currently have an automatic notification system for referrals, but it is marked on your Athena account and is applied to your renewal automatically. If you wish to know the status of any referrals, please email [email protected]

Q: Can I transfer my credits?

A: No. Your credits are available to your personal Athena renewal only.

Q: What if I refer someone who is already a member?

A: An email will not be sent and credit will not be applied to your account.

Q: I already have a renewal discount applied to my account. Can I apply more than one coupon code at a time?

A: No, coupons and discounts are not stackable. Only one coupon code can be applied during renewal. If you are eligible for multiple discounts, our member support team will apply the largest discount amount to your subscription upon renewal.

Q: Can my credit be applied retroactively to my membership renewal?

A: No, referral credit is only applicable for upcoming renewals.

Q: Where do I check to see if any of my referrals have joined Athena?

Q: When did this program start?

A: This referral program began on April 3, 2024. Referrals made prior to this date are ineligible for referral credit.

Q: Can I apply this credit to other services in Athena?

A: No, this referral program only applies to your personal Athena renewal.

Q: I joined Athena as part of a partnership with my company. Can I get this referral credit as well?

A: No, memberships obtained through community partnerships or executive cohorts are not eligible for the member referral program.
