To update your email and any other information, follow the steps below:

  • Login to Athena

  • Navigate to your photo in the top right corner and select Profile

  • From here you will see a button at the top that says "Edit Profile"

  • Click on "My Account"

  • Scroll down to "Request Email Change" and select.

  • From here, you can enter the new email you want to use within Athena and our team will update it across the platform.

  • Once you enter your new email, a notification will pop up indicating that your request has been received.

Once our team receives the request, they will change your email. Make sure to continue using your current email until you receive an email from our team letting you know that your email has been updated. The confirmation email will be sent to your new email, so keep an eye out for it. Please note it may take up to 2 business days for your email to be updated across our system.
