What is a Member Success Manager (MSM)?
A Member Success Manager (MSM) is a dedicated support contact, assigned to you when you purchase a Concierge Service membership. You can think of them as your "personal concierge" within Athena.
Your MSM’s role is as your facilitator, guide, and accountability partner. Their goal is to get to know and understand you - your ambitions and challenges, what you want to get from Athena, and how you’d like to be held accountable to your part in reaching your goals - so that they can provide you with proactive guidance and tailored support.
What does a Member Success Manager (MSM) do for me?
Increase your support and personal efficiency with a Member Success Manager who acts as your guide for all things Athena. Your MSM will serve as your champion for anything you need at Athena, from discussing your ambitions and connecting you with the right coaches, to facilitating curated connections throughout the community, to making referrals and fast-tracking you to resources as you prepare for interviews or the boardroom.
Your MSM proactively and responsively advise you along your journey, and will work to keep you accountable for leveraging Athena in support of your goals. You can reach out to your MSM at any time and count on them to advocate on your behalf within the wider Athena community.

Member Success Managers are assigned to members who have purchased Concierge Service memberships - you can view your current service plan via the Dashboard. If you'd like to change your service plan at any time, please contact [email protected].
How do I contact my Member Success Manager (MSM)?
Within the first few days of your membership, your Member Success Manager will reach out to personally welcome and connect with you. Thereafter, you can email them directly with any inquiries. You can also view their contact information on your Dashboard and Appointments Page. If your MSM does not respond to you with 48 hours and your matter is urgent, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
