A Member Engagement Advisor (MEA) is a dedicated human support contact. You can think of them as your Athena Concierge.
An MEA’s role is as your facilitator, guide, and support pillar. Their goal is to get to know and understand you - your ambitions, your challenges, and what you want to get from Athena - so that they can provide you with guidance and tailored support. They know Athena inside and out and are your go-to for questions and advice related to any Athena offering.
What does a Member Engagement Advisor (MEA) do for me?
An MEA acts as your guide for all things Athena to increase your support and personal efficiency. The MEA team will serve as your champion for anything you need at Athena, from discussing your ambitions and connecting you with the right coaches, to facilitating curated connections throughout the community, to making referrals and fast-tracking you to resources as you prepare for interviews or the boardroom.
An MEA responsively advises you along your journey and will work to help you leverage Athena in support of your goals. You can reach out to an MEA at any time and count on them to advocate on your behalf within the wider Athena community.
