If you don't think you're receiving emails from Athena Alliance, the first thing you should do is reach out to [email protected] to make sure we have your correct email in our systems. If we do, please take the following measures:

Check your SPAM folder

Often times, emails from Athena Alliance come from

[email protected], which can trip a SPAM filter. Please be sure to check your SPAM folder for company emails with the @athenaalliance.com domain and mark the email as "not SPAM".

Whitelist the company's domain

For directions on how to whitelist a domain using an outlook account, click here.

To whitelist a domain using a Gmail account, follow the directions below:

  1. Go to Settings from your inbox

  2. Navigate to "Filters and Blocked Addresses" and select "Create new Filter"

  3. Add the @athenaalliance, Athena Alliance and Athena to the filter, then select "Create Filter" at the bottom of the page.

  4. Select "Never Send it to Spam" and "Create Filter" at the bottom of the page.
