Members receive email notifications on important updates within the community, reminders of upcoming events and membership details. If you are a Concierge member, you will receive regular communications from your Member Success Managers to help guide you at Athena.

Types of Notifications Sent to Members:

  • Upcoming Salons and events

  • Athena News (e.g. board openings, member achievements, etc.)

  • Membership Updates (e.g. new feature releases, referral requests, recommendations, Concierge/MSM communications, corporate group communications, etc.)

  • Transactional Notices (e.g. payment confirmations, renewal notices, password reset, etc.)

In the event you want to unsubscribe from membership emails and newsletters, click unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.

You are not able to turn off notifications regarding transaction history.
