What is Athena's Transformation Coaching?

Transformation Coaching packages consist of six (6) or twelve (12) deep coaching sessions that are tailored to help Athena members achieve their professional goals. Through a longer partnership with a coach, true breakthroughs and transformation is possible. We encourage you to work with a single coach for at least half of your sessions to maximize the relationship with one coach. You may work with multiple coaches in a package depending on your needs.

Package options

6 hour package

Recommended length of program: 3 months

This product is tailored to help you achieve your short-term goals. The package consists of six coaching hours, which are meant to be utilized within a period of three months for maximum effect. However, you are not limited to three months and may take more time if necessary.

A short-term goal might look like leading a new team, looking for a new job, or starting a new position.

12 hour package

Recommended length of program: 6 months

This product is tailored to help you achieve your long-term goals. The package consists of twelve coaching hours, which are meant to be utilized within a period of six months. However, you are not limited to three months and may take more time if necessary.

A long-term goal might look like moving towards a significant promotion; developing, implementing, and refining management values and practices; or identifying an authentic leadership platform. Think of it not about what you do, but who you are.

What makes Athena Transformation Coaching Different?

Between all of our coaches, there are over 100 years of c-suite and boardroom experience making them truly experienced coaches and advisors who have not just read about leadership challenges but have faced them themselves. They understand that transformation takes time and work with members in an extremely personal and high touch way.

Trouble choosing a coach for your package?

Chemistry Call

As part of your package, you have the opportunity to schedule up to 3 chemistry calls with your potential coaches. These 15-minute calls are designed to help you get to know the coach better, ask any questions you may have, and determine if they are the right fit for your unique situation.

You can only schedule these chemistry calls after you have purchased one of the Transformation Coaching packages.

How to schedule your Chemistry Call:

After purchasing a Transformation Coaching package, you'll receive an email with a link to book a chemistry call with one of our coaches who offer Transformation Coaching. Use that link to schedule a chemistry call with your coach.

Ask for suggested coaches from an MSM

Our team of Member Success Managers (MSM) consists of Athena experts who are dedicated to helping you maximize the value of your Athena membership. They know Athena coaches intimately. They are available to guide you through every step of the transformation coaching process.

Recommendations

To get the most out of your session, we recommend the following:

  • For these Transformation Coaching sessions, it's beneficial to stick with 1-3 coaches.

  • Sessions should be scheduled every 14-21 days.

  • When purchasing this package, it is important to have the intention of dedicating time and effort towards it. It should be understood that results cannot be achieved without dedication.

  • Example of working with 1 coach: you are in a career transition and want to redefine and hone your professional brand

  • Example of working with multiple coaches: you are well on your way to achieving a boardseat but need some advice on how to manage an interview. You work with one coach on the content of the interview and what to say, and another coach on voice and presence.
